At Míleata your happiness is ours and we are here to ensure everything runs smoothly.
All items are shipped with:
- FedEx International Priority
- Straps and Accessories are sent by post.
At Mileata we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. But we understand that sometimes you might change your mind. So we offer a three day cooling off period where you may examine the watch and if you are not satisfied you may return the watch for a refund* (minus shipping and banking fees).
*For hygiene reasons straps are excluded from this return policy. Wholesale and custom orders are also excluded.
We only have a few conditions:
- None of the wrapping removed
- The watch has not been damaged in any way
Conditions of Use
- Damage caused by misuse, bangs or knocks
- Normal wear and tear
- If the watch is lost or stolen
The Warranty is void if there are:
- Any unauthorized case openings
- Any unauthorized modifications
- Any unauthorized repairs
Credit Card Security
Credit Card fraud is a big problem and one that we have experienced first-hand here at Míleata. To try to combat this to protect us and your credit cards we are using a second step verification process.
When you order with your credit card the transaction will appear on your statement as normal.
- You will see our name followed by some random digits (highlighted below).
- Before we ship we will ask you for this number, and when the numbers match our copy Great! we ship.
Your credit card statement will look something like;

This second step verification proves that you have access to the credit card statement, something a fraudster would not.
